Questions
All questions
How long is the jeep safari?
About 8 hours from your hotel gate to your hotel gate, with the morning pickup after breakfast time and the return in the late afternoon. The night safari is shorter, about 5 hours.
What time will you pick me up?
We do not publish one time for everyone, because it moves with your hotel and that day's convoy. You get yours the day before, by phone or WhatsApp. Be at your hotel's main gate at that time.
Is lunch included?
Yes — on both day tours lunch beside the lake near Green Canyon is in the €20 fare. Drinks are paid separately. On the night safari dinner is served on board.
Is the Green Lake boat trip included?
No. It is an optional hour on the water after lunch, €5 per person, paid on the day. You decide on the spot.
What do children pay?
On the day tours, children aged 2 to 10 pay €10 and children under 2 ride free. Everyone aged 11 and over pays €20. The night safari takes guests aged 12 and over only.
Can I take a baby?
On the day tours, yes — children under 2 ride free. Remember that the tracks shake and the jeeps are open in summer. The night safari is not for young children.
Does the jeep safari go to the zoo?
Only the zoo route does. The classic day never stops there. Both cost the same and last the same; the one difference is that stop, with a zoo ticket bought at the gate.
Will I definitely see the lion cubs?
We cannot promise it. Which animals are in the enclosure on a given day, and whether a cub can be handled, is the zoo's decision, not ours. Guests on the zoo route can ask at the stop.
Are the jeeps open-top?
In summer, yes — open-top jeeps carrying 8 to 10 guests each, with water thrown between them. Come winter, the same route is driven in covered jeeps and nobody gets wet.
Can I drive the jeep myself?
No. Every jeep has a professional driver, on both the day tours and the night safari.
Is it rough?
The tracks shake you about in places and the riverbed crossings are the point of the day. Tell us about a back or neck problem before you board, and skip the night safari if you have limited mobility.
What should I wear and bring?
Clothes that can get wet and dusty, closed shoes, a swimsuit and towel for the swim, sun protection, and a few euros for drinks and for the boat or the waterfall if you take them.
Is the Manavgat Waterfall part of the tour?
It is made on the way back when the day's programme allows, with the entrance settled on site — not a guaranteed part of the route.
Where do you collect from?
Every hotel in the Side belt — Gündoğdu, Çolaklı, Evrenseki, Kumköy, Side, Sorgun, Titreyengöl, Kızılağaç, Kızılot — and Manavgat town. The pickup is in the price. See the pickup page.
I am staying in Alanya, Belek or Antalya. Can you collect me?
Not with the standard pickup. Send us a request with your hotel and we will tell you what is possible.
How do I pay?
On the day, in euros, to the team that collects you. No charge is taken online and no card details are asked for when you book.
Can I cancel?
Yes — free up to 48 hours before the start. A WhatsApp message or a reply to your confirmation is enough.
In which languages is the tour guided?
English, German and Russian, plus Turkish. Tell us in the booking which language you would like us to use when we confirm your pickup.
Does the night safari run all year?
No — only between early June and the middle of November. The day tours run all year.
What happens on the night safari?
The jeeps come for you late in the afternoon, run out to the water with Manavgat Waterfall in the evening light and a Green Lake swim, then dinner on board and a catamaran party with music. About 5 hours, €35 per person, for guests from 12 up.
How many people fit in a booking?
Up to 20 guests in one booking. For a bigger group, send a request and we arrange the convoy.
Do I get a confirmation?
At once, on screen, with a reference. If you give an e-mail address you also get it in writing. The pickup time follows the day before.
Can I book for tomorrow?
Through the form, the earliest date is tomorrow. For today, write to us on WhatsApp and we will see what the convoy can take.
Who runs this?
