What you pay, and when

• The fare per guest, by age: on the day tours €20 for adults and €10 for children aged 2 to 10; the night safari costs €35.
• Settled in euros, in person, with the crew that comes for you.
• Extras only if you take them, on the spot: the Green Lake boat hour at €5 a head, the waterfall entrance, the zoo ticket on the zoo route, drinks and the team's photos.

Why nothing is taken in advance

A booking here reserves seats; it is not a purchase. That keeps cancelling simple: up to 48 hours before the start, one message removes the booking and there is nothing to refund. It also explains the one firm line in the terms about the day itself — a seat that is not paid for on the day is not provided.

The same logic covers the rarer case. If the agency itself calls off a departure for weather, safety or operational reasons, you are offered another date or let go from the booking, and no money has to travel back to you.

Before the morning

When the pickup message arrives the day before, work out the fare for your party and have it ready in euros, with a little more for drinks and any extra you might choose. The message gives your time; the jeep pulls in at the front gate of your hotel. The boat hour is chosen after lunch, so its €5 per head need not be decided before you leave.
