Side Jeep Tour From Sorgun: Children's Fares and Family Pickup
Sorgun is the first strip of hotels east of Side. Families staying there tend to ask the same thing before anything else: what do the children pay, and who rides free?
Short answer
On the day tours, children aged 2 to 10 pay €10, children under 2 ride free, and everyone from 11 up pays €20. Collection from your Sorgun hotel and the drive back are in the fare, and all three tours call here. The night safari is the exception: it takes guests aged 12 and over only.

A small child in an open jeep
The tracks shake in places, and in summer the jeeps are open-top with water thrown between them. A child under 2 may come on the day tours; whether that suits your own child is yours to judge. Children travel with an adult. If anyone in the family has a back or neck problem, or is pregnant, tell us before boarding — the operator decides.
The evening is a different matter. The night safari carries no child seat and no infant fare, so a family with anyone younger than 12 books one of the day tours instead.
Planning the family day
The zoo route adds the lion-cub stop that children ask about, at the same fare as the classic day; its ticket is bought at the zoo's gate. Lunch is in the fare on both. Pack swimwear and a towel for the swim at Oymapınar, and a few euros for drinks. Jeep tour with children goes into more detail. Pickup for a family
Your time arrives the day before by phone or WhatsApp; meet the jeep at your hotel's main gate with everyone ready.
