Booking a Jeep Tour in Side: How the Form Works
Reserving seats here takes five screens and asks for nothing you would hesitate to give: no card, no account, no deposit. This is what each step wants, what you get back at once, and what follows the day before.
Short answer
Choose the tour, the date and the guests, pick your hotel, leave a name and a phone number, and confirm. You get a reference on screen at once, and a written confirmation too if you add an e-mail. Nothing is charged online. The fare is settled in euros when the jeep comes for you, and a cancellation costs nothing until 48 hours before the start.
The five steps
- Tour. The classic day, the zoo route or the night safari. The two day tours cost the same; the evening is its own product for guests aged 12 and over.
- Date and guests. Tomorrow at the earliest, up to a year ahead. Guests are counted by age row, so the form prices each one correctly, and children travel with at least one adult.
- Hotel. Type two letters and pick your hotel from the list; the area follows from it. If yours is missing, type its name and choose the area. The room number is optional.
- Details. A full name and a phone number with the country code are enough. Tick the box if that number is on WhatsApp, choose the language we should confirm in, and add a note if there is something we should know.
- Confirm. A summary of the tour, the date, the guests, the hotel and the total. That total is what you hand over on the day.
What happens after you press confirm
The reference appears on screen straight away. If you gave an e-mail address, a written confirmation goes there too; if not, you can copy the summary, print it, or send it to us on WhatsApp from the same screen. Pressed the button twice by mistake? The system recognises a repeated booking and does not send it a second time.
The one thing you do not get at once is a clock time. Your pickup time depends on your hotel and on that day's convoy, so we send it the day before, by phone or WhatsApp. Keep the phone you gave within reach that evening, and be at your hotel's main gate at the time we send.
Money: what you pay, when and how
Nothing at all is taken when you book, and the form has no field for a card. The fare changes hands in euros on the tour day itself, with the team that collects you. There is no booking fee and no charge for the transfer: the price in the form is the price on the day.
What the form does not include are the things you decide on the spot — drinks, the optional Green Lake boat at €5 per person, the waterfall entrance, and the zoo ticket on the zoo route. The full list of fares is on the prices page.
Limits worth knowing before you start
- Up to 20 guests per booking. A larger party is a request rather than a booking — write to us and we arrange the convoy. More in booking for a group.
- No same-day bookings online. For today, ask on WhatsApp and we will see what the convoy can take.
- Pickup in the Side belt and Manavgat. A hotel in Alanya, Belek or Antalya goes through a request, not the form; see where we collect from.
- Health first. Use the notes to mention a back or neck problem, a pregnancy or limited mobility, so the operator can decide before you board.
Cancelling or changing
Cancelling is free up to 48 hours before the start: a WhatsApp message or a reply to your confirmation does it. Inside that window, a change of date counts as a cancellation and a fresh booking. If the agency has to call off a departure, for weather or safety, you are offered another date or released from the booking at no cost.
