Jeep Tour Side for Groups: Booking, Seating and Hotel Pickup
Friends, a family reunion, a hen or stag weekend, colleagues on a break: a group books the jeep tour the same way two people do, up to a point. Here is where that point is, and what happens beyond it.
Short answer
One booking takes up to 20 guests at the normal per-person fares; for more, send a request and we arrange it with the operator. A jeep holds eight to ten guests behind its professional driver, so a big party fills several jeeps in the same convoy. A group staying in one hotel is collected at that hotel's gate; a group spread over several hotels should send a request first.
Up to 20 guests: book it yourself
The booking form handles a party of up to 20. Enter everyone by age, because the fares follow age: €20 for each guest aged 11 and over, €10 for children aged 2 to 10, nothing for children under 2. The same rows apply to the zoo route. On the night safari every guest must be 12 or over and pays €35.
There is no published group discount and no deposit. You get a reference straight away, the pickup time follows the day before, and the whole party pays in euros on the tour day. The prices page shows what a mixed party adds up to.
More than 20: send a request
Above 20 guests the form stops and the booking becomes a conversation. Tell us the numbers, the ages, the hotel and the date: send a request or write on WhatsApp, and we come back with what the operator can arrange for that day. Nothing is reserved until we have answered, and nothing is paid in advance either way.
How a group is seated
On the day tours the convoy is made of 4x4s, open-top in summer, and every jeep seats eight to ten of you behind its own driver; the night safari is driven by professionals as well. A party of fifteen, for example, cannot fit in one jeep. How guests are spread across the vehicles is the operator's call on the day; if keeping certain people together matters, say so in the notes. Nobody in the group drives, whatever their licence.
One hotel or several
A booking carries one hotel, and the jeeps collect from its main gate. That is the simple case: the whole group waits together at the time we send the day before.
If your party is staying in several hotels across the belt, from Gündoğdu in the west to Kızılot in the east or in Manavgat town, do not guess. Send a request listing the hotels, and we tell you how the operator can collect everyone. The pickup page lists the areas we serve.
Choosing a tour for a mixed group
- Children in the group: a day tour, since the night safari takes guests from 12 up only.
- Some want the lion cubs, some do not: the zoo route, where anyone can stay with the jeeps at the zoo stop.
- An evening out with dinner and music: the night safari, early June to mid-November.
- Unsure? Classic route or zoo route and day or night settle most arguments.
